As a Production Specialist at Ronny Bass, I construct 5-6 pairs of ready-to-wear pants and shorts each week, working with many different fabrics, styles, and designs. From cutting and sewing to final garment assembly, I am responsible for producing high-quality garments that meet production standards while maintaining consistency, precision, and efficiency.

Producing garments at this volume has strengthened my technical skills, attention to detail, and my ability to maintain quality while working efficiently. This role has also reinforced my passion for consistency in production and it has expanded my understanding of how thoughtful construction translates into well-made garments.
